Kamehameha Day — Official date is June 11, but observed on the nearest weekday when June 11 falls on a weekend.
Example: In 2023, June 11 was a Sunday, so it was observed June 12.
Ghost in the Machine Day — The date varies by source; some list June 10, others June 12.
Because there is no consistent, authoritative date, it is considered variable.
Little League Girls Baseball Day — Listed as June 12, 2026 in some calendars, but no rule exists establishing it as an annual fixed-date or weekday-based holiday.
Therefore, it is treated as a variable observance.
Peace Day — Kosovo’s annual national holiday, Peace Day, is held on June 12. After the ceasefire in the Kosovo War was negotiated in 1999, the holiday was established and sponsored by the United Nations. Multiple other unrelated observances exist (January 1, September 21, variable “Peace One Day” events). When Peace occurs depends on which one is meant.
