Instructions

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture. Stir until just combined. Fold in the raisins and chopped nuts. The dough will be thick and slightly sticky.

Step 5: Shape and Bake
Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart. You can shape them into small mounds or bars. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until edges are golden and centers are set.

Step 6: Cool and Store
Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack. Once fully cooled, store in an airtight container. They stay fresh for up to a week and often taste better the next day.
